Your Voice Is a Professional Instrument
Serious instruments require serious care.
If you rely on it to teach, lead, perform, or hold space, it must be professionally supported.
Tension, fatigue, and nerves are not personal shortcomings.
They are physiological patterns.
The voice and nervous system operate together.
When one is stabilized, the other follows.
This work strengthens both — so your presence remains steady, clear, and sustainable.
What Changes When the Voice and Nervous System Are Supported
The voice carries with steadiness and control.
Projection becomes clearer and more efficient.
Regulation improves under pressure.
Energy sustains across longer sessions or performances.
Tone reflects grounded authority.
Expression feels aligned rather than effortful.

Client Reflections
“Alisa is an incredible healer. She has got the sensitivity to know what is needed from her audience, and the strength to hold the space for those people. She leads with such kindness and gentleness. She is multifaceted and so talented- with a voice and an absolute angel. I’ve participated in both her yoga classes and sound baths and both really allow you to shed the chaos of the daily, go within , open to healing and a deeper connection with self and relaxation.”
— Kayla Upmeyer
“Alisa's sound baths are one of my absolute favorite things!! They are one of my most cherished ways to deepen self connection, self love, and to open my mind and heart. Alisa holds such beautiful space for us to just BE - to be in community, to be quiet with self, and to bask in the beauty and healing of sound. THANK YOU ALISA!”
— Kelly Sweeney
“Alisa’s practice was something I didn’t know I needed. I was skeptical of a sound bath, but consider me cleansed. It’s a fantastic wind down to her already incredible yoga practice.”
— Adam Tapp
“There are people in service to others, and there are people who offer service as something they *do*. There are some very special people who offer their service as something they *are*. Alisa is one of the special ones, and the essence of that truth resonates through her offerings with elegance, grace, and inspiring humility. I took my 18 year old daughter and her boyfriend to a soundbath as a last minute “thing to do” one evening. I didn’t know if they would vibe with it, so I told them to give me a heads up if they decided to leave at any point. It was my first sound bath with Alisa, though I had been to her yoga classes before. My daughter and her sweetie were the last two people to rise from their mats, and their experience is their story to tell… but I can describe it with a single word encapsulating the hour or so we spent engulfed in Alisa’s exquisite serenade…. “Profound.” This experience is uncommonly stumbled upon, and most people never have the good fortune of tasting it. It’s gourmet, artisan, bespoke, and sprouts from an offering deeply sewn in the soil of authentic service to others. We’re lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood. You are lucky too.”
